Shipping conditions and returns

The Grizzly Hackle Fly Shop is committed to completing and shipping your order in a timely and affordable manner.  All orders received before 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time are shipped the same business day. If, for some reason, we are unable to fill your order we will contact you immediately. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. Should an item be out of stock longer than expected we will be sure to let you know and give you the option of either keeping the item on backorder or canceling the item.

SALE or DISCONTINUED items are NOT eligible for Free shipping and ship with a flat $5 fee in the USA.

Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the area, size of the item and cost.

Delivery time for UPS Ground takes 2-6 working days while US Postal Service takes 3-8 working days.  

Return Policy

At the Grizzly Hackle we understand that sometimes items you receive are not exactly what you wanted. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you’ve received please feel free to send it back for a full refund or exchange for another item (less shipping cost). We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and service from the Grizzly Hackle.  

Return/Exchange Instructions:

Please include the following information with your returned items:

• Name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
• A copy of your receipt
• A brief description of why you are you returning the item. We want to know why you were not satisfied. (Your feedback is important and helps us improve our product selection and customer service.)
• Whether you would like to exchange for another item or items (what items those are), or if you would prefer a refund.
