The backbone of the Abel Lineup since 1999, the Super Series has become a favorite of both the big-game saltwater fisherman as well as the freshwater trout stalker. With a super-smooth yet powerful cork drag, lightweight componentry and a perfectly-sized large arbor (hub) for quick line retrieval, these reels are perfectly at home either on Bahamian flats or river in Montana. This is due to the highly adjustable drag that can both protect an 8X tippet and also put monstrous pressure on a 150lb Tarpon.
