Daily River Report

June 25, 2015

Fishing has been good this week.  Golden's, PMD's, Yellow Sallies and a few Green Drakes are all hatching. The goldens seem to be dwindling down already so look more towards the sallies and PMDs. The heat wave has made in afternoon fishing a litte harder. Look for some hopper-dropper fishing in the deeper runs and drop offs for those hefty trout. Golden/Tan Chubby with a dropper like a Reckoner Rubber Legs (size 10)  or Tungsten Yellow Sally nymph has been our go to prospecting rig.  PMD Cripples, Comparduns, Purple Hazes, Brindlechutes and Garcia's Mini-hot in tandem or trailed behind a Golden.  Remember get thos fish back in the water asap after a quick fight to ensure their safety.
It's fishing season!  We are fully stocked in the shop for all your fishing needs!
