Dry fly fishing nirvana right now! The river is at a perfect level, even for wading. Caddis and BWO's are out in force and the afternoon into even dry fly fishing is epic. Find a pod of fish and throw your favorite BWO emerger, cripple or spinner. For Caddis x-caddis, peacock caddis or snowshoe caddis. In tight situations a griffith's gnat or a buzzball. And when nothing else works pull out some small attractors and you'll be suprised when they get gulped by a fatty. Nymphing is still awesome, when isn't it over here. PT's, Hare's Ears, Micro May's, Splitback PMD's, Copper John's and anything in the mayfly or caddis category. Streamer fishing is good on the low light days. Get some cloud cover and break out the streamer rod!
