Lodging in Missoula

As you can see, Missoula offers an enormous range of fishing opportunities, hundreds of miles of river, an endless variety of water, blizzard hatches of insects, and millions of wild trout. So we would like to invite you to stay and fish with us for more than one day. To help make this decision even easier, see information below about The Lodge on Butler Creek, Bear Creek Lodge and the Blue Damsel Lodge.

The Lodge on Butler Creek

Just a short drive from the airport and downtown Missoula, secluded in a narrow valley carved by the freestone stream for which its named, you'll find the The Lodge on Butler Creek. This cedar lodge features five bedrooms and picture windows that offer sweeping views of the valley.

The Lodge on Butler Creek was designed with the fly fisher or outdoor enthusiast in mind. Quiet, beautiful and well appointed, it offers everything you need to relax after a day on the river or hiking in the mountains. It’s a lodge that will make you feel right at home.

Our "American" plan includes lodging with your choice of cereal bar and/or eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. for breakfast. The cost for the "American" plan is $165 per room, for one or two guests. Each additional guest, per room, is $45 per night.

Blue Damsel Lodge on Rock Creek

Stay at the Orvis-endorsed Blue Damsel Lodge on world-famous Rock Creek. This hand-built lodge offers the finest accommodations in the area. This is, indeed a superb experience! We also have partnered with them to create a small, onsite Orvis pro shop for your convenience. We will book your Blue Damsel accommodations along with your guided fishing trip!

Bear Creek Lodge in Montana's Bitterroot Valley

A mountain hideaway is nestled in a blanket of pine trees at the edge of the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness, providing a civilized approach to the wilderness experience. Each of Bear Creek's eight guest rooms is appointed with comfortable beds, antique furnishings, plush carpeting, a private bathroom, and a door that opens onto the forest. Evening meals are the centerpiece of a visit to Bear Creek Lodge. They are lovingly prepared with fresh ingredients and designed to satisfy the palates of both discerning and hearty eaters.
